Job Description

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering an enhanced learning program that caters to the diverse needs of our organization. This comprehensive program will focus on key areas including administration, luxury programs, learning and development community, quality assurance, systems management, performance review process coordination, and culture and engagement.

  • Administration: updating training calendars, tracking registration spreadsheets, coordinating training days, developing slides, and ensuring attendance sheets are available.
  • Luxury Programs: delivering luxury training programs, familiarizing yourself with premium training initiatives, and ensuring training is rolled out according to established timelines.
  • Learning and Development Community: meeting with the community as needed, updating senior leaders and HR professionals on changes and updates, educating and rolling out new initiatives and programs.
  • Quality Assurance: identifying trainers, developing a train-the-trainer community, monitoring service quality, and developing training needs analysis.
  • Systems Management and Reporting: working with IT to roll out the Learning Management System, providing regular reports, and ensuring learning trackers are up-to-date.
  • Performance Review Process Coordination: rolling out and upskilling leaders on the Leadership Capability Framework, coordinating the Performance Review process, and providing systems training.
  • Culture and Engagement: contributing to driving a positive culture, planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, and supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate expertise in building capability across diverse levels, backgrounds, age groups, and abilities, along with a background in service industries, ideally in hospitality. A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is also required, along with advanced communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
