Program Manager Training Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the full program management lifecycle for Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology training.

  • Ensure training programs remain compliant with accreditation standards, College policies, AMC, and MCNZ requirements.
  • Oversee human resource management, foster a collaborative culture, and support staff development.
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and evaluation; monitor, evaluate, and enhance training program delivery.
  • Contribute to policy, procedure, and guidance document development; engage with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

This role requires significant experience in managing education and training programs, preferably in a health or medical setting. Strong leadership, team management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential.
