Job Summary

Support the delivery of capital projects across all Aviation Capital Works by providing administrative assistance to the Program Management team. Ensure project administration aligns with internal policies and procedures, coordinate with Program Directors and Managers, and work collaboratively across internal and external project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for capital project and program administration.
  • Support project teams with key administrative tasks, including managing purchase orders, invoices, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings and activities, including airside access and security bookings.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills, including report and presentation preparation.
  • Experience with project processes and internal IT systems.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across projects and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Motivation and experience supporting project outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels.
