Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of assigned capital works projects from commencement to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder partnerships, engagement, negotiations and approvals throughout the project life cycle.
  • They will also be expected to provide high quality service to internal and external customers, delivering quality places and spaces for our community.
  • Additionally, they must champion the use of best practice contracting and tendering processes, Australian construction standards, codes of practice and relevant legislation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or other related disciplines is essential.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience within project management, including design, construction and contractor management.
  • They must also be able to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects, while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
