Fitness Club Leader

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example – whether that's driving membership growth, supporting members on their fitness journey, or ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day.
About the Role- Drive Membership Growth: Achieve sales KPIs through actively generating leads, referrals, and community outreach opportunities.
- Engage with Members: Boost retention and re-ignite inactive memberships by inspiring and influencing others.
- Promote Health and Fitness: Utilize social media to promote health, fitness, and club activities.
- Manage Daily Operations: Keep the club professional, welcoming, and vibrant by managing daily operations.
- Inspire Your Team: Contribute to a high-performance, positive culture by inspiring your team.
- 1–2 years sales experience (fitness industry experience a bonus)
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Passion for health, fitness, and living an active lifestyle
- Outstanding people skills with the ability to inspire and influence
- Confidence using social media to promote and engage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid admin, organisational, and process-driven skills
- Availability across a Monday–Saturday roster
