Personal Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced Personal Training Manager to lead our team of personal trainers. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training new personal trainers, as well as implementing national fitness projects within the club.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Fitness or above, Fitness Australia registration, current First Aid and CPR, and a Working with Children check. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' industry-related experience or managing a personal training business, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to progress your career while maintaining your existing PT business.
