Customer Service Associate Role

We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will work closely with customers to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries.">
  • Buiding personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through direct channels.">
  • Working with customers to use in-branch technology and digital banking options.">
  • Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.">
  • Processing applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.">
  • Using tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.">
