About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Therapy Pro for Kids. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing developmental assessments, diagnostic reports, and tailored information to empower parents and carers, while also providing the right support for their child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide developmental assessments and diagnostic reports to support children's development and well-being.
  • Work with a diverse caseload of children and families, using evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.
  • Manage your own caseload and calendar to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth and leadership.

About You

We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and families, and who is committed to delivering high-quality services. You will have a strong understanding of the community sector and NDIS market, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key requirements include:

  • Qualifications as a Speech Pathologist, eligible for SPA membership.
  • Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
