EDUCARE Specialist Services and Mind-Care Mental Health is a leading private multi-disciplinary medical-health practice within the region.
We have a highly motivated team of clinicians and staff including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavioural Therapists.
With over 25 years of history, we are well recognised within the community for our strong referral base among GPs and other health professionals, as well as regular word of mouth recommendations.
Located in a central professional and medical hub, our team of experienced clinicians provides continuity of care and support for clients locally and within the broader region.
The Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for a driven, innovative, and experienced Psychologist to provide client care and support, as well as take on leadership and supervision responsibilities.
We seek a clinician (Clinical endorsement desired) to work either full-time or part-time (four days per week).
The salary offer will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and professional endorsements.
Supported by a highly trained Administration Team, you will be able to focus on your key clinical responsibilities, as well as mentoring and supervision of peers.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves providing mental healthcare and support particularly for young and older adult clients within areas of special interest and expertise.
Suitable candidates may include those with experience in the following mental health presentations: Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Self-harm, Trauma & Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship difficulties, Bereavement and Grief, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)

Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
Clinical endorsement desired
Demonstrated experience working with older teens and young adults
Proven knowledge of NDIS and Medicare
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a team member
First Aid, WWCC, CRC Certificates Required
