  • Assisting with reception duties, answering and directing calls, taking messages, and performing data entry tasks;
  • Providing administrative support to staff, including accounts payable;
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reception Duties: Greet clients, answer phones, take messages, and direct visitors to relevant personnel;
  2. Administrative Support: Assist staff with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying;
  3. Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain accurate records;
Training and Development:

As part of this Traineeship, you will be enrolled in a Certificate III in Business Administration course, which will be delivered on-the-job over a period of 12 months. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
