Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-the-job training and assistance in various business development activities.
- This includes living in the Gold Coast region and receiving personalized training.
- Setting appointments locally and accompanying colleagues on meetings until comfortable with the value proposition.
- Expanding to a national reach once local sales activity is established.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have good numeracy skills for financial modeling. They should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and be able to present well as the role involves customer-facing interactions.
- Possessing great attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Being self-motivated and quick learner capable of picking up CRM software.
- Having good knowledge and capability in MS Office suite.
- Exhibiting high numeracy skills for finance model calculation.
- Presenting well due to predominant customer-facing aspect.
- Having own reliable transport.
