
Business Development Manager

This well respected, global Aesthetic company is renowned for its focus on patient care, education and support of its customers. They create pharmaceutical products and technologies that advance aesthetic medicine and offer a family-like culture and supportive team environment.
This position focuses on their injectable portfolio and their high-end modality for skin tightening.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive sales outcomes
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territory
- Assist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investment
- Manage key accounts across North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Central Coast, Newcastle and Coffs Harbour by effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales
- Some regional travel will be required but minimal
- Develop strong partnerships with aesthetic businesses helping them to achieve their business goals through the use of your products
- Work collaboratively with the other BDMs in NSW, company trainers, MSLs and other internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange and conduct sales demonstrations, training, workshops
- Present products to customers
- Attend relevant industry conferences
- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business
- Previous proven success selling medical devices, aesthetic devices or pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers would be preferred but is not essential
- Experience in the aesthetic medicine market would also be highly regarded
- Have a strong business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive results
- Be energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative with a strong customer focus
- Successful team player with an absolute passion for aesthetics
- A substantial base salary and flexi allowance
