Business Development Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to drive sales revenue growth and expand our market share in designated regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers
  • Develop and execute sales strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients across multiple clinics
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing timely solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor account performance and report on key metrics

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in business development or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised
  • Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
  • A current driver's license and reliable car
