Strategic Recruitment Leader

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, providing strategic support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide high-level recruitment services in a team-based environment
  • Lead change in complex environments, embracing innovation and challenging the status quo
  • Stimulate ideas and innovation, gathering insights to inform future practice

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in human resources management or business administration (desirable)
  • Proven knowledge of high-level recruitment processes and strategies
  • High level skills to effectively develop, implement and manage systems, technology solutions and processes relevant to advertising, recruitment and selection
  • Commitment to business improvement and contemporary human resource/recruitment initiatives
