
Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on new challenges.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a civil or construction environment, proven administrative and finance administration skills, and qualifications in Construction, Business, Finance, Administration, or similar fields.
About the RoleAs the Project Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, providing critical administrative support to our construction personnel.
- Manage financial processes, track project costs, and handle necessary administrative tasks.
- Provide regular administrative support to all personnel.
You will maintain and utilise project controls, including forecasting, cost tracking and daily diaries. You will also raise and reconcile Purchase Orders and Subcontractor Orders, validate invoices and subcontractor claims, complete monthly project reporting, and support end-of-month processes.
