About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global operations. You will be responsible for planning and executing technical work scopes, providing expert support to site teams, and facilitating communication between engineering teams.

This involves preparing technical documentation specific to Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and evaluating bids/offers. Additionally, you will provide mobilization and demobilization support, manage purchase orders, and create/update site documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare RFQ-specific documentation and evaluate bids/offers.
  • Mobilization & Demobilization Support: Assist with mobilization and demobilization activities, manage purchase orders, and maintain site documentation.
  • HSE & Quality Support: Collaborate with responsible personnel to develop HSE & Quality plans.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to site teams and facilitate clarification with engineering teams.
  • Design Review Participation: Participate in design review meetings to ensure field-related design considerations are addressed.
  • Subcontractor Work Packages: Prepare and maintain subcontractor work packages.
  • Work Planning & Data Quality: Participate in short- and medium-term work planning and review data quality in our construction management software.
Your Profile:
  • Education: University diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Key Skills: Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget. Previous experience in supervising BoPm installation in large hydro power projects or similar industries is required.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient technical and operational knowledge of hydro power BoPm equipment.
  • Project Management: Sound knowledge of construction project management best practices.
