About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Food Service Manager to oversee the delivery of our food and beverage service across our events space. As a highly organised and detail-oriented professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Food & Beverage Attendants, coordinating service delivery and supporting management in achieving operational goals. You will perform food and beverage duties including order taking, food/beverage running, coffee making, and bar service.

  • Provide clear direction, training, and hands-on leadership to F&B Attendants, leading by example to deliver high-quality service.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment, preferably in a conference or events setting. You should possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong attention to detail.

You will require strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. An RSA Certificate is also essential.

  3. Support the management team in ordering stock, minimising waste, and managing inventory effectively.
