Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Catering Assistant Supervisor.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing groups during meal times, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage groups in coordinating meal times and managing allergens
- Demonstrate initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Set up basic coffee and tea function when required
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers
- Maintain food safety knowledge and practices
- Operate computer skills desired
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a catering environment
- Responsible individual with an eye for detail
- Ability to learn quickly while on the job
- Team-oriented person
Working Conditions:
- Predominantly evening shifts with approximate 8:30pm finishes
- Flexible approach to roster, including weekends
