Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle processes, coordinating employment changes and offboarding processes, and updating HR-related systems and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing employment contracts, reports, and other workforce-related documentation
  • Coordinating employment changes and offboarding processes for employees
  • Updating and maintaining HR-related systems and files
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in HR. They will bring fresh perspectives that help us continually strengthen our offering, while also being a collaborative and cohesive team player.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience
  • An exceptional customer service approach and a can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in a generalist Human Resources function
  • Ability to work productively while managing multiple competing priorities to meet allocated SLAs
