We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urban Development Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Urban Development team in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in the Urban Development space to lead our team in ACT. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing the day-to-day allocation of resources across the discipline to meet project requirements
  • Leading in the effective planning and management of significant projects
  • Managing work technically and contractually to ensure that it meets technical requirements and is performed within the bounds of our policies and procedures
  • Managing effective and efficient project delivery and quality
  • Developing business opportunities and overseeing bid management processes in the ACT region and surrounds
  • Coordinating resource sharing between other teams within the sector
  • Managing, training, and mentoring staff
  • Fostering and promoting a diverse and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

We require a candidate with:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in the Urban Development sector
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong relationships in the Urban Development sector
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership ability
