Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellbeing Carer to play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on the lives of others. They will be skilled in creating engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in caring for elders within an aged care or community setting. You will hold a Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support (or willingness to complete) and possess excellent communication skills.

This role involves planning and implementing activities that promote physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote socialization, engagement, and personal growth.
  • Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Assess individual needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caring for elders within an aged care or community setting.
  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support (or willingness to complete).
  • Excellent communication skills.
