Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our customers

Requirements
  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Passion and energy for delivering world-class care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
