We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our care team at a Regis Home in Cairns.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to build long-term relationships with residents and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies. While prior experience in aged care is advantageous, we also provide comprehensive training for new staff members.

Key responsibilities include providing holistic care that supports residents' independence and empowers their choices, delivering personalized care that meets best practice standards, and working collaboratively as part of a supportive team to ensure the highest quality care.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience in aged care is advantageous, but not essential - we provide comprehensive training for new staff members
