We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a Nurse. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the Role
- Practice according to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) policy and guidelines regarding nursing scope of practice.
- Work closely with patients and their families or representatives to provide individualised care.
- Assist staff in undertaking assessments, treatment, documentation, and activities.
- Provide leadership to staff and ensure the delivery of skilled, individualised care to the highest possible professional standard.

Requirements
- A current Police Check.
