As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify process inadequacies and propose strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to observe processes and evaluate business inefficiencies.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their perspectives and propose solutions to drive business value.
  • Collect and analyze data using QlikView software to support end-to-end scenarios.
  • Establish processes to collect product performance data and present it to management.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop plans to implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend business decisions based on insights obtained from data analysis and market research.
  • Prepare solution reports to improve workflows, methods, and procedures.
  • Carry out resource planning for effective utilization of business resources.
  • Advise management on matters requiring attention and contribute to the implementation and monitoring of improved processes.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Australian experience is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business workflows and presenting data-driven solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge in the joinery or related manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • Reliable and hardworking nature.
  • Great time-management skills and discipline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Management Consultant, with a proven track record in analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (or a related field).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with QlikView or similar software.
  • Proficiency in QlikView software.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, management, and problem-solving abilities.
