Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth within the Mining and Oil & Gas industries across Australia.

Your primary focus will be shaping our approach to winning market share, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities and forging strong industry relationships.

This role is primarily a Marketing position and applicants must have strong skills in Strategic and Tactical Marketing.

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that you have managed omnichannel campaigns to generate Leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for developing an industry sales team through shared leadership.
  • Analyse local markets, formulate and implement a local industry plan in collaboration with function leaders of sales, service, solutions and projects.
  • To communicate the execution plan for the business strategic directions to the Sales, Service, Solutions and Project functions.
  • Liaise with MarComms and provide assistance on communication strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction to the Australian business through the global industry strategic paper in balance with the local opportunities and needs.
  • Manage and deploy the portfolio plans and integrated offering derived by industry planning into the related industry, identify and proactively market and drive the product, solution and service capabilities.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Requirements

You will require:

  • Knowledge of relevant industry groups, with Mining being the priority.
  • Degree qualifications in Marketing and Engineering/Business.
  • Knowledge of automation and control.
  • Highly developed written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge.
  • High willingness to travel.
