Job Title:

Achieve Operational Excellence as a Deputy Program Manager

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Demonstrate expertise in program management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, safeguarding project outcomes and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop and implement effective project execution plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members, promoting open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates, partnering with the contracts team to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.

  • Proven track record of success in program management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower high-performing teams.

  • Strong technical, business acumen, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations.
