Program Manager Position

A forward-looking leader with a solid foundation in business concepts and accounting principles is required to oversee project cost and budgetary oversight.

The ideal candidate will have strategic interface skills, leveraging opportunities and managing business pursuits with informed judgement.

An in-depth understanding of all facets of facilities management and business operations is fundamental to this role, as is extensive experience in program management and progressive leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities include ensuring continuous availability of critical systems and the facilities' infrastructure while maintaining exceptional appearance and first-class maintenance of facilities.

This requires strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills, as well as knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management is preferred.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large (250+ person) multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and other base operating support staff.
