Job Title: Electronic Gaming Shift Manager

Lasseters Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to manage our gaming floor operations for the electronic gaming areas. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day activities, lead a team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Electronic Gaming team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage rosters, monitor stock levels, and work within set budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Foster a positive guest experience through proactive service and problem resolution.

  • A strong knowledge of gaming floor operations (Slots, TAB, Keno).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and across a 24/7 roster.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team development.
