Job Description">

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Night Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight activities, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and safety.

  • Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/check-out, request handling, and hotel information provision.
  • Manage guest accounts accurately and settle cashiering efficiently.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
  • Maintain professional standards in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented skills required.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Manager and General Manager on various checks and balance procedures.

  • Able to navigate through change and provide quick solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shifts.
