Night Operations Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our hotel's overnight operations.

The ideal candidate will have a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and security. They will be responsible for providing efficient guest services, including check-in/out, request handling, and providing hotel information.

They will also settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring accurate cashiering. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest services
  • Settle and maintain guest accounts
  • Maintain strict security procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera preferred
