Stewardess/Hospitality Support – High Profile Residence – Perth Based Are you an experienced stewardess seeking a unique lifestyle opportunity in Perth?Join a large residence team of former superyacht stewardesses in a high-profile Perth-based residence.
The stewardess will be part of a sizeable interior department of 5-6 staff, reporting to the HOH & Concierge Manager.
The team, primarily from a superyacht stewardess background, will operate similarly to a large superyacht, maintaining high standards with structured hours and no overnight stays.
The role focuses on housekeeping, with weekly service shifts, and occasional event and concierge assistance.
Additional responsibilities such as house coordination may be assigned based on experience.
The team is vibrant, socially conscious, and aims to foster an inspiring and happy workplace.
Working hours are 38 hours per week, across 5 days.
Key responsibilities include: Responding to resident family requests and working with them directly Communicating professionally with residents, guests, and representing the family Carrying out service for dinners, functions, and daily meals Providing drink service with wine knowledge and cocktail skills Assisting with light meal and snack preparations and supporting the chef Performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, ironing, washing, dusting, and polishing Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Interacting with kitchen and maintenance departments Reporting damages or maintenance issues Using cleaning products correctly and safely Adhering to health and safety practices suitable for a private residence Caring for domestic animals Providing discretion and assisting with additional tasks as needed Candidate requirements: Experience as a stewardess on yachts, jets, or in private residences is preferred.
Perth-based candidates with strong hospitality backgrounds and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Flexibility and open-mindedness to household process changes are essential.
Comfort with domestic animals and maintaining high levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism are required.
