About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for new business development. You will lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the compliance sector, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities- Drive growth and identify new opportunities for expansion
- BUILD meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and value
- Utilize our sales methodology to navigate the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with a high-performing team to achieve shared goals
- Lead client meetings, demos, and solution presentations
- Negotiate deals and develop creative proposals
- Contribute innovative ideas, energy, and momentum to our fast-paced sales team
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a related field such as Business, Finance, or tech sales
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the compliance or legal tech space
- Excellent skills in managing full sales cycles from start to finish
- Top-tier presentation and communication skills
- Confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders in a consultative manner
- Strong CRM skills, with Salesforce expertise being a plus
