Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an active opportunity pipeline using HubSpot CRM for efficient tracking and follow-up
Account Management & Client Growth:
- Lead existing key accounts and identify upsell opportunities through proactive relationship-building
- Support long-term strategic engagement and client renewals
- Collaborate with product and consulting teams to enhance adoption and client satisfaction
- Utilize customer feedback to inform ongoing service delivery improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven track record of success in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder selling
- Industry knowledge and experience in resources, construction, or compliance-driven sectors
