About the Job

You will oversee all accounting functions and operations, including balance sheet, P&L, and general ledger reconciliations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing timely and accurate monthly financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
  2. Improving the Monthly Management Pack and enhancing business reporting processes.
  3. Liaising with the International Finance Team and CFO for monthly results briefing and financial updates.
  4. Supervising the Fixed Asset Register, Lease Schedule, and Depreciation entries.
  5. Coordinating with External Accountants and Parent organization Tax team for accurate tax lodgments and annual financial reports.
  6. Leading a team of two, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring high-quality preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly Sales Profitability Reports.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years of experience managing an accounts role.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Manufacturing or product experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
