Seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact, you will provide welcoming and client-focused support to individuals accessing our services.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes for our community.
- Provide immediate support, information, and referral navigation for individuals presenting with mental health, AOD, or social support needs.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knowledge of mental health challenges and community referral pathways, and strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams, community organisations, and service providers to ensure effective outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to program development by encouraging client feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
- Use the Initial Assessment and Referral Decision Support Tool (IAR DST) to support referrals to Head to Health.
- Positive Notice Blue and Yellow Card (or ability to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Open, unrestricted Driver's Licence
