About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide communication assessments and interventions to clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and review mealtime management plans to support clients with dysphagia
  • Conduct augmentative and alternative communication assessments and provide ongoing therapy
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
