About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our national team of clinicians in the NDIS division. As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from early intervention to adult services, and provide clinical services that make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types
  • Work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one
