About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) division. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive communication assessments and develop personalized plans to support clients' goals and objectives.
  • Provide swallowing and pediatric feeding assessments, as well as mealtime management plan development and reviews.
  • Offer augmentative and alternative communication assessments and ongoing therapy services.
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
