Job Description:

As a seasoned auditor, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse client projects across various industries. Our audit team conducts thorough and meticulous audits of large proprietary and listed companies with varying sizes and industries.

Key responsibilities include executing audits independently, completing planning sections of audit files, collaborating with other teams to develop financial audit strategies and methodologies for clients, and working closely with managers to identify potential issues or budget challenges.

You will also be responsible for coordinating engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to partners where necessary, and analyzing and documenting internal controls and control environments.

Awareness of reporting and regulatory requirements across various frameworks is essential in this role.

Additionally, you will draft management letters and completion reports, coach and mentor junior colleagues, and build internal relationships.

Liaising with clients to identify future opportunities is also a key aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous external audit experience in a professional services firm
  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing general purpose accounts, including listed entities
  • Ability to identify scope and solve problems
