Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to champion process safety excellence across a dedicated site in Central Queensland. You will play a critical role in ensuring the development and implementation of robust process safety systems and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and manage process safety risks, and provide technical expertise and guidance on process safety management systems. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of process safety improvement programs to enhance employee knowledge and awareness across the site and organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in process safety management, preferably in manufacturing, mining or industrial environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting process hazard analyses, risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, keen attention to detail.
