Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Management Coordinator.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive quality, lead improvement and make a real impact in a values-driven organisation. As our Quality Management Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening and maintaining our Quality Management Systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating internal audits and preparing for external audits by developing and implementing effective audit plans.
  • Overseeing quality systems such as Sharepoint and Donesafe to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing policy and document control processes, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and compliant with organisational standards.
  • Supporting staff training on quality frameworks and tools to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Acting as Privacy Officer to ensure organisational compliance with privacy legislation and protecting sensitive information.
  • Contributing to workplace safety, continuous improvement and compliance initiatives to promote a culture of quality and excellence.

A strong understanding of quality frameworks and experience in coordinating audits, policy development and document management are highly regarded.
