Job Overview

About the Role:

The Director of Premium Audit is responsible for leading a team to execute strategic initiatives, manage daily operations, and resolve disputes in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of premium audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution & Departmental Support: Collaborate with senior management to implement departmental goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate audit service delivery, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet service level agreements.
  • Dispute Accountability: Oversee the resolution of premium audit disputes, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused outcomes, establish and maintain standardized procedures for handling audit disputes.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with third-party premium audit vendors, ensuring alignment with service level agreements, audit quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer & Agent Relations: Resolve disputed audits and provide support to customers and agents regarding audit inquiries.
