Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our ANZ Market team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across the ANZ region. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand IFS's presence in the ANZ market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IFS's products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the enterprise software industry, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
