About the Role
FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join its Technology Segment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales for all product offerings and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue projections, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the information governance, eDiscovery, digital forensic, or cybersecurity markets, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Polished executive presence, with the ability to interact with senior corporate leaders and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Comfortable and fluent with eDiscovery technology and document review terminology.
- Ability to travel to client and company locations as required.
