About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at FTI Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the information governance, eDiscovery, digital forensic, or cybersecurity markets
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong industry knowledge and connections, with the ability to leverage these to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
