About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at FTI Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our Technology Segment, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales for our product offerings and technology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly and yearly revenue projections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior corporate lawyers and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Accurately forecast business performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Law degree and experience in a major law firm or corporate legal department.
  • 5+ years of success selling software and/or consultancy services, with a minimum of 3 years in the Information governance, eDiscovery, digital forensic, or cybersecurity markets.
  • Possess a polished executive presence and ability to interact with senior corporate lawyers and business leaders as a consultative partner.
  • Be comfortable and fluent with eDiscovery technology and document review terminology.
