Work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are always clean, stocked and welcoming.

We have over 700 stores across the country, making us one of Australia's leading fuel and convenience retailers. Whether it's filling up the car, grabbing food to go, or topping up essential groceries, we're there when you need us. Our team is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service by working with energy and pace
  • The ability to handle cash and promote our products effectively
  • A focus on maintaining our high safety standards
  • The availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
  • The ability to work independently and follow set instructions

You'll also need to be comfortable standing for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
