Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing customer base. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure expert-level support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to empathize with customers
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
