Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service professional to join our team in Belmont. This 6-month assignment offers a 38-hour workweek and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients at the front counter
  • Handling client inquiries over the phone and in person
  • Maintaining accurate and accessible databases
  • Creating and editing reports for hiring managers
  • Processing various reports, memorandums, correspondence, and other associated tasks
  • Rescheduling appointments
  • Filing paperwork

This role requires previous relevant experience in front-line customer service and administration, preferably in a technical environment. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and administrative skills, with ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.
